Our Assurances to You

Data Protection - All information provided will be kept confidential and at no time passed to a third party, without your express permission and stored in accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998. It will be used solely for the purpose of producing and sending your DVD.

Access to your personal information - You have the right to request a copy of the personal information foto productions holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. We aim to return your finished DVD 14 days from receipt in our studio.

If any instructions are unclear to us, we will always try to clarify these with you, through your contact telephone number or Email provided, before proceeding.

Images will be deleted from our system after 100 days from receipt of your order.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your finished DVD e.g. you are unhappy with the music, we will make every effort, upon return of the un-copied DVD(s), to make changes that meet with your approval.  If you are still unhappy with the result we will gladly return your money.

The above assurances do not affect your statutory rights.
